I absolutely loved the charm and warmth of the hotel's decoration. The lovely floral wallpaper and the cozy armchairs in the lounge area made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. I especially appreciated the handrails in the hallways for added support.

My only wish for a better vacation would be for the staff to be more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if they offered assistance with luggage or provided more information about nearby attractions that are suitable for older individuals.

Spacious house with comfortable beds for our group of seven. the location was ideal, right in between the two places we needed to be for our city trip, making our journeys shorter. the back garden was a nice bonus, complete with a washing line that we found very useful for drying our clothes. the house had all the amenities we needed, including an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and electric towel rails. the lockbox for the key was convenient since some of us arrived at different times. Parking was easy, and the neighbors were friendly. the tube station and shops were just a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

The start-up process for the hot water was a bit confusing initially, but it worked well once we figured it out. the key code was not provided until check-in time, so if you arrive early, you may have to wait to access the house.
